HS100 Smart Plug
Trying to connect to HS100, wifi light flashed orange and green, TPlink wifi network shows up but it won't connect to it. Tried unplugging, factory reset etc

Hi, Sorry for the delay.
Could you please help me check the following information:
1. Would there be any error message when failed to connect the default Wi-Fi of smart plug?
----sometimes, the smartphone is connected to the Wi-Fi but the APP could still say’ cannot connect’, please check if you have the same issue;
2. Have you tested on another smartphone?
3. Please also check there is no VPN connection on the smartphone;
4. If It is on iPhone, please also enable local network permission for Kasa APP;
