For years the camera worked flawlessly, now no connection. I'm trying to connect to the camera wifi. The app finds the camera wifi, but then comes a notification.

"Something went wrong. The device cannot be selected"

Can I have a picture of the error message that "Something went wrong. The device cannot be selected"?

By the way, when it popped up, what is the LED status of the KC100

And if you checked the wireless settings on the smartphone, is it really connected to the Kasa Cam’s Wi-Fi?
