Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.19

I've tried removing the device and reinstalling it. And there are no firmware updates available. But I do not have the Remote Control toggle under device settings, the plugs say "Local Only", and I'm unable to link the smart strip to my OhmConnect account.

Hi, thanks for your patience.

We would like to follow up on your case by email and please help me check the following information:

  1. How long have you had the HS300 and when did the local only issue start?
  2. Did it show up as local only all the time, or randomly？
  3. Did you have other kasa devices and did they have the same issue?

By the way, may I know the model number of your home router?
