Please hold the system button on the plug for 10s to factory reset the plug;

After that, if still nothing changed, please feel free to contact the shop retailer to check for the warranty.

I did pressed the system button > 10 seconds, no change after that.

I suspect it's broken. Unfortunately, I bought it 2 years and 2 weeks ago, and the warranty period is 2 years, and the retailer refuses to provide any service now :(
