Hi all

 

I have two KC115 Kasa Spot Pan Tilt cameras but can't seem to connect when I'm away from the house. I've checked my internet on the device with the app and it is fine and even checked the upload speed for my home internet which seems fine.

 

I am wondering if there is something I should have set up or if anyone has any suggestion.

Hi,

What would you see when you try to remote access the Kasa APP?

Would there be any local-only icon next to the camera?

Could you please send me a private message about the MAC addresses of the two cameras?

I have exactly the same problem.  I have not done anything to make is accessible outside of the wifi.  Do i need to open a port, do something to my bitdefender anti virus etc?
