Hello,

 

I setup my camera a couple of weeks ago and added an SD card of the correct specification. The SD card formatted correctly, and I switched on 24 x 7 recording and it was working. I have just gone into the app and 24/7 recording is switched off and if I try to switch it on, I get a message saying "SD card required for 24/7 recording feature".

 

I'm not currently with the camera and there doesn't appear to be a way to reformat the card remotely.

 

Is this a common problem? Is there anything I can do to rectify this problem?

Hi,

Based on the error message, it seemed like the SD card was not detected by the KC115.

Can I have a picture of the error message?

Are you in the same place with the camera now?

---if yes, please try to take out the SD card and input again to have a look;

By the way, what are the model number and operating system of your smartphone?

Please take your time to test with 24-hour recording disabled, whether the motion detection can be recorded and played successfully.
