Can someone please explain to me why Plug 3 always switches on when no timer and schedule set up.

Do you mean one of the socket on power strip turn on by itself? May I know how often that happens?
Please also check Away mode and smart Action settings, please remove them if possible.
If you have any third party integration software like Google home, Alexa and, unlink them for a test.
If possible, can you factory reset socket and resintall it, after that do not setup any Schedule/timer / smart action etc first and see if the issue will be gone.
