Hi team,

 

Recently i mounted 6 cameras C310 at home wireless connected. After first installation it seems some of them has the last firmware already installed 1.0.14, some of them not. The cameras with old version 1.0.13 201217 doesn't found the last firmware version , and are claiming are up to date with the last fw

Any idea why some of cameras are not updating? there is another procedure to be followed ?

Thank you for your feedback , most of the time APP / firmware update are pushed in different batches rather than to all devices. Therefore, you may find the devices of the same model & hardware have different firmware. Normally we do not need to do something about it, it is recommended to wait for the available firmware in Tapo app. Hope this could help~

Thank you for quick reply ... point is the difference is quite important btw firmware ... many features are present with the new release 1.0.14, features that i want to apply on all the cameras. There is a margin time till Tplink will update all the c310 devices, your reply is a bit confusing from this perspective... should i espect that some of devices never being updated?

This would not take long, normally within few weeks, it is recommended to wait for the available firmware on Tapo app.
