HS200 V3 is at 1.1.3
HS105 V3 is at 1.0.1
HS105 V1 is at 1.5.6
Are these the most recent versions and I'd there are newer versions do they remove local control without a kasa account?

The firmware on all the devices are quite outdated, you could logged in tp-link ID on Kasa app and see if device could obtain the new firmware.
Please also update Kasa app to the latest version. If devices still could not receive firmware update, may I know your TP-Link account/ email address, what are the MAC address of your smart devices ( you could share the MAC and account information to us via Message box)
It is simply not true that the HS200 and HS103/105 need to be bound to a Kasa account for firmware updates. I've used them for years and have done firmware updates without an account, i eventually got the prompt for the HS200 and HS105 V3.
HS105 V1 has not gotten any updates since 2019, as with previous tp link products once they release newer revsions they abandom the older devices of the same product.

HS105 V3 is 1.1.4

Thank you for your correction, i double checked and found certain kasa models does not require a tp-link account.
The current firmware on HS105 is not up to date well, I sent you ab upgrade tool by IOT upgrade tool you could try to update the firmware for HS105.
