I can't see any way of adjusting colour balance on the app. Is there a way of fixing this?

Tapo does not have an option to adjust color, for this issue , try to switch between the night mode and day mode manually and hear if there is a click sound.
Also please shake the camera and see if it will work properly.
If still the same issue, it is possible the filer gets stuck, and you could contact retailer or local support to check the warranty for it.
