Kasa not able to register energy usage

Model: HS110

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 1.0.5

I installed Kasa and it works fine for a few days. Kasa can keep up the energy usage from the HS110. However, after a few days Kasa stops registering the energy usage with an error (see picture). I reset the Kasa app and it works fine for a few days. After 2 to 3 days the problem comes back. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and again, it works fine for a few days until it fails again after 2 or 3 days.

Is this a problem with Kasa?

I am using a Samsung S9 with Android 10.

I hope someone can help me.

Please confirm Kasa app and the firmware of plug are both up to date first.

I sent you a debug tool by private message, can you help collect the log file after the issue occurs next time, thank you. May I know your Kasa app version as well?

The version of Kasa is 2.33.0.994 and yes, as far as I know, both are up to date.

As you asked, I've sent you the log file.
