Good Day All

 

One of my KC310s lost connection from the hub, when try sync the green light flashes but nothing happens

If I hold the sync button down for just over 15 Seconds the amber light flashes slowly (which the manual says

is resetting but this has been flashing for over 12 hours now with no change)

 

Any suggestions/clues/advice on how to get this cam to factory reset and back up and running?

Hello@MartColl , 

Please unplug the power of camera and power it on, wait for 2mins and make sure camera completely boots up , then  factory reset camera again as the manual here .

On Camera, the Led should be flashing Green during sync process.

Later try to add KS310 camera again in Kasa app and see hub and camera could be paired.
