Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.7

I have just purchased a 3 pack of these and two work fine and one doesn't enable me enable the remote control function and therefore it has local only next to it.

 

I have tried resetting it a few times and it doesn't work. I have set all three up this evening and this is the only one that doesn't work.

 

Anyone able to advise? Thanks in advance.

We have a guide here that could do some help with remote control /local only: 

Why can’t I enable Remote Control on the Kasa app?

 

If the concern persists, may I know the Mac address of the problematic plug (please share via private message), it is the same model and hardware version as other plugs? 

If there is a 'remote control ' toggle but reports error when you try to enable it,  please share a photo, thank you.
