Anyone know how to connect to all my smart plugs after swapping phone and having to reinstall app?
Do I have to start from scratch with each plug?

Swapping phone does not affect the smart devices bound to your tp-link ID.
On a different phone, download Kasa APP, then login into with the same email and password on your first phone, and you will see devices bound to account.
