Model: Tapo P100  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.9.Build 20210621 Rel.30941

I have a set of 3 TP100 smart plugs. 2 plugs have updated to 1.4.10, the 3rd plug will not download the new firmware, it just flashes back to Update Now.

I have tried a full reset twice and this has made no difference.

Any Ideas?

Hello  @LarrieH 

Thank you for your feedback. 

If your TapoP100  failed the firmware update or stuck at the firmware update, kindly try some tips here 

 

1. Unplug plug and plug it back and try firmware update again on Tapo APP

2. Connect your phone to Home WiFi network and try update

3. Try to connect phone to a different network like LTE mobile data or a non-local network like office wifi etc.

 

If still the same , please share the Mac address of plug to us via private message;  please check my private message and help reproduce the issue and collect the log,  thank you
