If your TapoP100 failed the firmware update or stuck at the firmware update, kindly try some tips here
1. Unplug plug and plug it back and try firmware update again on Tapo APP
2. Connect your phone to Home WiFi network and try update
3. Try to connect phone to a different network like LTE mobile data or a non-local network like office wifi etc.
If still the same , please share the Mac address of plug to us via private message; please check my private message and help reproduce the issue and collect the log, thank you
