Feedback - Awful
The feedback form fails and my e-mails are bounced so I am posting this here. It's meant as feedback for the product and support procedure. I lost my inital draft and am not putting the time into makeing it any less blunt.
"I purchased a P100 in October last year and it lasted 3 months. After that it stopped working. After a convoluted support procedure where I went over the same thing multiple times and uploaded a video to YouTube as you couldn't receive the file you requested, I was asked to mail the warranty covered faulty product back at my own expense.
The replacement stopped working thus week, about a month after receiving it.
I paid for the original and I paid for the the sending back so I could receive another. I won't be spending any more and I won't feel the need to buy any other of your products!"
