Posted a question trying to get help setting up my ks230 kit but it's no longer here. Received an notification of a Notice but when I click on the notices there is nothing there.

Some specific regions have their own community. This one is Global community. There is a post from you on the US Community. https://community.tp-link.com/us/smart-home/forum/topic/540146 Its likely if you posted in the wrong region that an admin moved you to the right one.
