I was wondering what bitrate I should be expecting to see when I set it to 1080p, I feel like it's sitting about 110-130kb/s on 720p and 1080p, trying to work out if it's actually going to 1080p.

Got 5 wifi bars and have 120mbit upload, so it shouldn't be a network problem?

It's possible this is the right amount, but it's hard to tell.

Also I turn off record audio, but I can still hear audio?
