The page you listed seems to be from the Kasa app rather than the Tapo app. To resolve the reported phenomenon, please tap the link to download and install the Kasa Trial app on your phone. This app is stable and safe to use.
However, you can also wait for the next official Kasa app to resolve the reported phenomenon.
