Hi,

 

I hope someone can help, I have a couple of External Tapo C320WS cameras, which I have to say are brilliant. However since yesterday I have received a message on the front camera advising "It looks like you`ve reached your device limit for playing this video. Please try later"

 

I`ve tried to view the settings and nothings changed and the rear camera is working fine. Its also the same on my wife`s phone as she also has the app. Has anyone come across this? Many thanks.

Sorted- I did the obvious and re-booted the camera!

  @Colint Glad to know reboot camera helps,  thanks for your sharing!

Tapo APP only allows 1 device to watch Playback at the same time, when there is more than 1 device trying to view Playback at that time, the message "you have reached your device limit for playing this video.' could pop up.
