A feature in which would completely change the game would be having an existing HS220 be able to pair with a single or multiple Kasa smart bulbs. This could be done by having the HS220 poll the status of a single or multiple smart bulbs, and use the dimmer to control the on/off function and dimming level instead of being stuck with only using the app.

Thank you for starting a feature request.

Here is QA that explains why it is not recommended to use current smart bulb with a dimmer. (including a smart switches with the dimming capability),the way of dimming can be conflict or not compatible. Q9: Will Smart Bulbs work with a dimmer?

While scenario, you describe can be achieved by setting up smart action between Kasa switch and bulbs, Control with a Switch , when turn on the switch, you can turn on a bunch of smart bulbs , this is done by automation between kasa smart devices.
