I have access to my camera by using the app on my mobile phone.
But is there a possibility to also use a web-browser. I have a larger display on my PC....

At this time no. Kasa does not have a web application and Kasa cameras do not currently allow PC access to the RTSP feed. That feature may be added in the future, as it is available on Tapo cameras. For Kasa cameras, you can view the live feed from Voice Assistant devices with screens like Echo Show or Nest Hub, through streaming devices such as Firestick or ChromeCast, or through the application on your phone or tablet.
Try the desktop application if it available.
