This would be an amazing feature, and feels like it would be simple to implement via software.

This is my number 1 request…. I have so many smart plugs, but checking the usage on each for comparison is an exercise in torture. Please add, and ill go buy a bunch more smart plugs!

Critical option to have enabled asap !!! Only for kwh consumption, not cost.

@AlexHerman I'm not sure (but don't think so)

When I first got my TP-LINK Tapo devices about 3 years ago the TP-LINK staff would reply on these hreads quite frequently but havent seen anything from any of them in a long time

3 years later and they still haven't added it. Says a lot. Why this is not an option just seems absurd. I would suggest staying away from this product of you are going to have more than 4. Should have done more research before I trusted this brand.

@ThatITguy its a shame for a big company like this... i will prefer to use sonoff plugs or aqara to group energy....

@jfilipelcarvalh Agreed, it's a callous disregard for the customer!

I have very many TP110 and some TP100, but I regret my near standardisation and am unlikely to ever buy another Tapo device.

I have also encountered the situation where modern adaptive WiFi 6 routers, being also adopted by neighbours, has rendered one location no longer usable for TP1## on WiFi, so in that particular case, that I use daily, I've switched to a generic ZigBee Tuya smart energy monitoring module - that connection remains nailed up.  So I already have Tuya SmartLife and Google Home talking to that, as well as to Tapo, so I'm diversifying away from Tapo.

I only fire up the Tapo app when I need to access something that Google Home doesn't have access to, and everytime I do I'm reminded of their TP-Link's decent hardware but ludicrous disinterest in their end users.

I guess they don't care as long as they can market and sell plenty more to new suckers..
