OK soo had my cam for a number of years and never had an issue. This morning I notice my cam is spinning (Rebooting) so i check my app and notice my cam keep rebooting over and over! i check all settings when I could during reboots and everything is correct so wasnt an issue on the cameras end..  Anyways, i have a spare NC450 that I keep for backup. Plugged it in, and SAME ISSUE!!!  I then called my friend who has a NC-450 and he checkd his security cam NC450 and his is doing the same thing!!  My friend is on a Differant ISP and completly diff router..  hes never had an issue before either.. His NC450 is on a reboot loop also!

 

Not sure what TP-LINK did last night but they obviously did something......  These cams are useless now to me as they just reboot in a loop!!

Hello Everyone,

 

Thank you all for the feedback. This problem has now been fixed. Please check the status of your camera. 

 

Try to reboot camera or router if it doesn't restore automatically.

 

Please comment below if there is any further issue.

  @NC450L same problem.... Was worried I got hacked. Deleted all my cameras.... will have to reinstall one by one once the bug is resolved...

 

but please let us know if it is resolved!

  @Wpginterceptor I hope it's Tplink firmware problem. Woke up this morning, all my 5 NC450 keep rebooting too. I thought my units problem, took all down, reset and reinstall and put back. 
Still same problem, so I google and notice you guys having same problem.

Mine is the same, started rebooting after 1.5.6. it was fine for 2 years then started happening today. Mine is v1

Same problem from Argentina 2 cam reboot loop, try to reset, not working.............

When the cam detect internet, automatic reboot loop.

No internet,  stop the reboot loop.

  @Wpginterceptor Same problem...when is unconnect is ok. The bootlooping starting after WiFi or Ethernect connecting.

  @Adek Same problem in Poland. Tp link global problem ?? Anyone solve it ??
