C420 motion being detected outside the red zones

To identify the problem, can you provide some screenshots of your motion detection settings (Motion detection and AI detection) here?

As many other users report here in the forum, the red zones do not seem to be taken into account at all and the motion detection always evaluates the entire area.

Problem solved.
You can set the exception zones separately for motion, intrusion and person detection. person detection was on whole frame.
But what is the point of person detection if it is only active with a Tapo Care subscription. What does this feature do if you don't have a subscription?
