C210 will not auto switch day- night. Can do it manually . Have rebooted. No effect. Firmware and app up to date

Thank you for reporting this problem on TP-Link community.
For this issue, can you try to put a strong light in front of the camera, or place the camera in a room that is completely dark, then check if the night mode will switch on automatically.
Have you tried to factory reset the camera? How to reset my Tapo camera
Note: all the settings and the local recordings will be reset as well after factory resetting the camera.
How long have you owned the camera? When did you notice this problem?
