Kasa HS100 smart plug not connecting

I bought three HS100 a few years ago and they have worked well. Now, two work but the third will not connect. I have tried several times and have tried in another location(different router). Still doesnt connect.

Anyone have an idea of what to do to make it connect? They are no longer for sale.

What should I do if I fail to configure the Kasa device?

May I know what is the error message if set up failed, what is hardware version & purchase time of you plug, the hardware version on the back label,
