Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.3.9

My Camera for a long time used to show a timeline of recorded events on the SD card with markers as to when there were motion events. It now just records with a solid green bar so its impossible to see when motion events were triggered rendering the camera and its motion detection useless....

Thank you for reaching out to the community. 

Please try some tips here if the recordings will not load in the app. 

  • Can you try to reboot the camera and see you can view the recordings after a reboot? 
  • Confirm Kasa APP and Camera firmware are both up to date. 
  • Please confirm SD card status is Good and have left capacity.

Here is an instruction that helps with troubleshoot SD card problem, kindly give it a try and let us know if it works for you.

 

If still the same,  please try to verify the Micro SD Cards and confirm the SD card is find, if still the same, may I know the MAC address of your camera, please share via PM, thank you.
