Scheduled Switch Lockout/Disabled

User Story 1: Which Switch do I press?

Jason & Jane's house has multiple light switches on the wall in the hallway leading to the washroom. At night, to help their son Billy identify which light switch is for the hallway, they set the LED colour to be green between the hours of 19:00 and 7:00, and other switches in the box to be red, or off - giving Billy a visual indicator of which switch he should push when he wants to turn on the hall light.

User Story 2: Scheduled Switch Lockout

Jason & Jane have a number of light switches that control things like the Christmas Tree, exterior lights, scenes, or other devices. Jason and Jane want to prevent their son Billy from turning things on at night that he shouldn't be. They set a schedule that prevents certain switches from being turned on using the physical switch between the hours of 22:00 and 07:00, when they and Billy are all supposed to be sleeping. 

If a switch is locked out and is attempted to be used, the LED may blink red 3x to indicate a lock out.   

An override may be set by an admin user, for example - press the button 5 times to turn on a locked out switch, or press the "reset" button to temporarily remove the lock out for 5 minutes, allowing the switch to be used before it locks itself again
