Hi guys,

I have 3 cameras C210 all of then with tapo care

1 of then is without SD card - its working with tapo care

2 of then have SD card - They dont work with tapo care

I already checked the subcription everything looks goods

any idea what could be the problem? I tried a lot of things but without results

Have you added the camera to the plan? One of my camera was deleted from it once by accident, causing a lot of trouble... You may want to check the detection settings as well, only detection clips are saved to the cloud.
