I notice when setting up this plug and the HS110 that you can turn on a switch to disable or enable access via the web. This switch disappears once configured. Can the app be modified so this feature is selectable even when the plug is configured.

The Kasa Smart app is the one of the main options for the device management,or you can use voice command to control the kasa device with an Alexa or Google device, however there isn't an official web portal for kasa.

I may not have been clear enough. When setting up a new device using the Kasa App on the iPhone. Part of the existing setup procedure allows you to enable or disable web access. This switch disappears once teh plug is completely setup and you cannot turn it on or off again unless you factory reset and set it up again.
This switch forces the HS115 etc to either
1) be on local mode which can be controlled over wifi but not the internet through the Kasa app.
2) be on web mode so it can be controlled via wifi or the internet through the Kasa app.
It would be nice to be able to operate this switch once setup when circumstances change and you don't want the plug to be able to accessed by teh internet anymore.
