Hello,

 

I have bought lasagna smart plug last year. I have set up no problem, recently it stopped working. I tried to connect tp-link smart plug to my home internet, it can't connect, even though my home internet is 2.4, didn't change.

Here are some tips in the troubleshooting FAQ that may help with the kasa installation.

What should I do if I fail to configure the Kasa device?

Please also ensure VPN is off during setup.
