Hello 

 

Did someone already use the Watt app on apple store?

 

Is it safe as it is requesting our tapo account credential to be able to use it with our TAPO and KASA hardware?

 

Do we have any official position of TAPO / KASA on this app?

Hello! Thank you for the post. 

 

The Watt APP does NOT has official partnership with TP-Link. For your account safety, we highly recommend you stay on the official Tapo/Kasa APP and the authorized third-party APPs, such as Google Home and Alexa. 

 

We found the disclaimer on their APP download page, FYI.
