Hi

Motion detection on my C420 camera results in very loud siren. Attempts to program the H200 as duration, sound level or sound type are ignored by the hub (although shown on hub settings) Any ideas?

My wife blames my every time it activates Help

Hello! The camera C420 and the hub both have the Alarm feature, please check if the alarm feature on the camera is enabled. -->Camera Settings--Detection & Alerts--Camera Alarm

 

If you don't want the detection triggers the alarm on the hub, disable Triger Hub Alarm as well.
