Our camera is uses for safety. A lot of short live streams are recorded every day. They are not saved on the sd card but viewable for how long? How to remove this live streams?
Hello! Thank you for the post. Are you referring to the cloud video clips? If you have enabled the Tapo Care free trial service and the Motion Detection feature, the motion detection clip videos will be uploaded and saved for 30 days. You can manually delete the videos on the Cloud Video page.
What is Tapo Care? Tapo Care service provides cloud storage, AI detection, rich notifications with snapshots, and other services. With the Tapo Care service, regardless of camera state, all detected events are recorded and a brief clip is saved to the cloud for 7/30 days for you to access at your leisure via Tapo APP.
General Questions about Tapo Care
If you only use the camera to monitor the live stream and don't want to record any video, you can cancel the trial service and delete existing videos. (Note: Trial service cannot be re-enabled after cancellation.)
