Just one question, I am thinking of creating an alarm/door chime system. So I want to use the door sensor T110 as a trigger for the chime when the shop is open, but a trigger to the alarm when the shop is closed. Is it possible? Just to know before buying all the stuff.

The sensor T110 does not have the alarm feature itself. With smart action feature, status changes of the T110 can trigger the alarm on the hub H100.
