TP-Link does not officially support integration with Home Assistant, for this reason, some features may not work properly.
There is an integration list on Home Assistant forum and Tapo camera seems not being tested by HA team yet. You may have a further look on the Home Assistant forum for more assistance, thank you for your understanding.
