Cant get past this screen, i tried:
- unplug the device
-factory reset
-force stopp the app
-on/off bluetooth/gps
-reinstall the app
-connetcting with another smartphone
The device is blinking green/orange as it should.
Very disapointet tbh.
Hello! Thank you for posting. From the given information and the troubleshooting steps you have tried, this smart plug seems like having a hardware issue. The Bluetooth module part might be defective. Please contact the retailer or local TP-Link support to check for the warranty.
