Hi,

 

I have a problem with the Deco phone App. 

 

I bought a mesh for the company AXE4500 Tri-Band Mesh, with Deco XE75.

 

I installed the whole network, setup the app on the phone, setup the SSID and everything. Now If I want to add administrators or update the firmware It doesn't let me.

 

Can someone help with this issue?

Hi, could you please leave me a private message with the MAC address on the main Deco?

Would there be any error message when failing to add the manager account and update the firmware? Can I have a screenshot of the error message?

Hi, Thank you very much for the message. When I checked your MAC address, I noticed the MAC has never been linked to the cloud server so It is unable to check any online firmware details. It is suggested to log into the web UI and manually update to the latest 1.2.5 firmware. With this firmware, it should be automatically bound to your current email ID.

Or it is also suggested to reset the Deco XE75 and set it up again. This time it should start linking to the cloud server as well.
