Model: KS230 KIT

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version:

In my case the switch that receives the LINE wire does not have a NEUTRAL wire in the box. The bunch of NEUTRAL wires are located in the other box where the switch with the LOAD is connected.

The house was built by certified contractor in 2022. Weird

I have no idea how to do the installation.

PLEASE HELP

Hello, thank you for raising this topic. Unfortunately, the KS230kit is not suitable for installation in your circuit environment.

The main dimmer switch of the KS230kit needs to connect the neutral wire (to power the KS230) and the line wire at the same time. Refer here for more details: How to Install My Kasa Smart 3-Way Dimmer Switches (KS230 KIT V2)
