Some third-party apps can be used to stream the Tapo camera on ONVIF protocol, and the app has the PTZ feature and can be used to control the camera(PTZ), such as the iSpy app.
Below is the instruction to view the Tapo camera with the iSpy app on ONVIF stream, and you can use the feature on the iSpy app to control the camera.
