Model: Tapo P100  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.18 Build 20230711 rel 55651

Once again a have a plug failing to switch off.  This time a 1.2 firmware.  Done a full reset and reinstall. I then found the latest firmware, but the problem persists. Do I just throw it away and keep away from these unreliable devices?

If physical control also fails then i don't think there is a fix. Just ask for the replacement.

Hi, the physical switch has also failed.  I'd like to return it, but isn't there a fee which makes the return uneconomical?
