It would be very nice if it were possible to use more than one home location.
In my case I am using Tapo for a camera installed in my home and for asmart plug that is used in the clubhouse of the scubadiving club I am a member of.

If you want to have different home locations on the Tapo app>Home tab page, you can go to the Tapo app>Home tab>>tap the home name at the top left corner>>tap Home Settings>>click on the "+" icon at the top right corner to add a new home.
