Low notification sound since IOS17

So, i own a iPad Air 3 which is used as an smart home control panel. Ever since the IOS17, i can barely hear the notification from Tapo. Anyone knows what happen?

I guess there are too many feedbacks and they now post this problem notification, lol. Notification Volume Becomes Quieter Since Updating to iOS 17
After I've had several instances where I needed to use my phone while the system was auto-updating, I've turned off auto-updates on all of my iOS devices unless I see something of interest at the point of updating.

Guys, finally figured out why. Apple change the notification sound on IOS17 and there is no solution at the moment! Posted an inquiry on Apple forum and no response yet...

@GabrielMitch iOS 17 sounds and ringtones make me sleepy LOL. I'm still at 16.4
