Tapo smart plugs miss reporting status
There are plenty of reports of this problem and you keep saying this is a hardware issue and needs to be handled under warranty but how can 8 devices that work fine all suddenly have the same problem with the only change being your firmware. Please will somebody from tapo investigate and fix your firmware. This is costing you a lot in returns!
plugs turn on fine but don't turn off as remote system such as google home thinks they are already off. They work fine from tapo app only.
