Same here, we need this for our family members else the sharing feature makes no sense at all. It would be best if the admin can set privileges at each shared account, also to allow change settings.

Sharing a cloud subscription should be a must have. If only one person in the household has access - how dumb is that!?

I have the same issue. I am the main user. I have 2 cameras recording at my parents house. They have each the app installed and can not see the recordings anymore. It is very important for them to see it, because I am not in the same city..

  @Solla-topee  When my husband bought the first C425, he shared with me and I could see the recording while in the first month cloud recording. Later we used SD card, I could see recording to the SD card. Everything was fine. 

 

Howecer after we bought 2nd C425, my husband shared with me again. Somehow, I was locked out of all recordings. I  cannot see any recordings from either c425,  cloud recording or SD recording. Feels like we were punished by buying the 2nd C425! :-) 

 

Please help!

Hi, 
1. The shared account has limited access to the Tapo camera, and it's unable to see the cloud video clips of the camera.


2. It's suggested to start a new thread here to post your issue with the following information for further assistance.
  1) Send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address and the TP-Link account you used on your phone via a private message.
  2) Do both cameras have an SD card inserted?

Tapo not having this feature is something that didn't even occur to me when buying the camera. Please add it!

 I have one camera in my summer cottage that I have paid Tapo care for. I would like to share the cloud recordings also with my mother who uses the cottage. Sharing the main account login details isn't an option, because my SO has shared his home’s pet camera with me.
