Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.5.5 Build 20230927 Rel. 40646

As suggested in the help, I connected my P100 plug to my cell phone hotspot and updated the firmware to 1.5.5 Build 20230927 Rel. 40646. After resetting the plug, and trying to connect it to my Eero router, it's not successful. I have another P100 plug that was connected successfully with no workaround.

Any idea how to fix this issue please?

Apologies for this issue, it seems that I was pausing the network from my Eero router to the plug. All good now.

What's the error message you receive? What's the led status of the P100 when the error occurs?

 

Did you create any access control (blacklist/ whitelist/ parental control) on the router?

Can you share the exact model of your Eero router?
