Model: Tapo H200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.23

My tapo h200 hub shows a 28.23 Gb SD card while the card inserted is a 256 Gb card. I also formatted the card from the Tapo app but it didn't work.

Thanks

What SD card are you using? You may share a picture or its product link here.

Consider running a fake card test on this SD card to eliminate compatibility issues caused by an expanded card. How to Verify Fake Micro SD Cards

Ensure that the SD card's read and write functions are normal. You can try performing tests on a computer.

Thank you for your reply.

I was using a Sandisk ultra A1 64gb but was only showing 28 Gb even after formatting it with Tapo Hub App.  I put in a Samsung EVO plus 64Gb and after formatting it works (actually it sees only 56,62 GB but it is fine).

thanks

All storage products will display less memory capacity on their mount device than stated. The discrepancy results from the different ways flash memory and hard drive manufacturers calculate megabytes.

Thanks, I know. I understand why it shows only 56,62 GB on 64Gbbut it is weird it was showing 28 Gb out of 64 with the other sd card but I see it must be a sd card problem. BTW I am good ! thank you.
