Salve. Appena comprata telecamera Tapo C500 con micro SD Card da 128 Gb.
Installata, funziona tutto bene, ma alla rilevazione di movimento e registrazione,
non memorizza il video sulla SD. Se io aziono la registrazione manuale, allora
avviene la registrazione nella scheda. (L'avviso dice che la SD non è presente)

Risolto. Resettato e rifatta l'installazione.
Durante il procedimento mi ha chiesto la formattazione scheda SD,
fase che non mi aveva chiesto prima, o forse mi era sfuggito.
Adesso il funzionamento è perfetto, e quindi vado alla posa in opera
nella posizione più idonea allo scopo.
Grazie per il cordiale supporto, sicuro di ottenerne in seguito nella
necessità.

3. Please send me a picture of the error message displayed on the Tapo app about the SD card.
4. Insert a different SD card into the camera for a try if possible.

Buongiorno, grazie della risposta.
Scheda SD da 128M acquistata con la telecamera.
Se registro manualmente il video, viene salvato in automatico
nella scheda SD in download, e posso vedere la registrazione.
Se la telecamera in automatico rileva un movimento e inizia
il video, non registra niente nella scheda SD.
Andando in archiviazione e registrazione, mi dice che non c'è
nessuna card microSD. Eppure la scheda esiste e ci vanno le
altre registrazioni in manuale.
Posso fare il tentativo di resettare tutto e ripartire con
una nuova intallazione anche dell'App.

The video downloaded manually on the camera's Live View page is not stored on the SD card but on the Tapo app, and you can watch the video recordings on the Tapo app>camera's Playback & Download>Download page.
If you have inserted an SD card into the camera, please send me a picture of the camera's Device Settings>Storage & Recording page and a picture of the Recording Schedule page.
