only green light
Hi,
i have a P100 here, in which only a green light shines, but he doesn't do anything.
It was never set up. But it was in a socket for months.
A reset don't work an i'm not able to interact with it.
There is a voltage of 3 volts.
Can the socket still be recovered?

The solid green light indicates that this device has been properly configured into Tapo app and can be managed using the app.
Are you not finding this device in the Tapo App? Did you configure the device using another account, or did someone else do it for you?
