Hi, 

i have a P100 here, in which only a green light shines, but he doesn't do anything.

It was never set up. But it was in a socket for months.

A reset don't work an i'm not able to interact with it. 

There is a voltage of 3 volts.

Can the socket still be recovered?

The solid green light indicates that this device has been properly configured into Tapo app and can be managed using the app.

 

Are you not finding this device in the Tapo App? Did you configure the device using another account, or did someone else do it for you?

 

If you need to reconfigure this device, refer to this instruction to factory reset the smart plug. How to factory reset the Tapo or Kasa smart plug

Then add it to Tapo App: How to set up Tapo smart plug
